Payment and VAT
Our offer is for businesses. All prices are net, in euros. For Austrian businesses with a UID (ATU) number, reverse charge applies: you account for the 20% Austrian VAT yourself. Website projects are paid by bank transfer on invoice, due in 14 days. Monthly plans run through Stripe, by card or SEPA Direct Debit, with an automatic invoice. No surcharge.

Contract, response times, data

- The 12-month minimum applies only to Website + Care and the website subscription. Early exit: €50 per remaining month.
- Care: we respond to critical issues within 4 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00) and to normal requests within one working day. Monitor has no guaranteed response time.
- E-shop Care: we respond to critical issues and start the fix within 4 hours, 7 days a week.
- With the subscription, Care continues automatically after month 12 at €149 a month, cancellable monthly with 30 days' notice.
- The website and files are yours once paid in full; with the subscription, after the 12th paid month at no extra cost (if you leave earlier: at least €1,190 in total). The domain is always yours.

Questions and answers
Who owns the website?
You do. With Website + Care and the website with no commitment, once it's paid in full; with the subscription, after the 12th paid month, at no extra cost. The domain is always yours.
What if I want to leave before the 12 months are up?
You pay €50 for each remaining month. Example: leaving after 8 months = 4 × €50 = €200.
Can I keep the subscription website if I leave before month 12?
Yes. If you leave early, you pay €50 per remaining month and the site stays with us. To keep it, you pay the same fee and, if your monthly fees paid plus the fee come to less than €1,190, the difference up to €1,190. Example: leaving after month 2: 2 × €229 + 10 × €50 = €958, plus €232, so €1,190 in total, and the site is yours. After the 12th paid month it's yours at no extra cost.
Is hosting included?
No. Our hosting costs €89 a year, billed annually in advance through Stripe. You can also keep your own hosting if it offers current PHP and MySQL or MariaDB versions, SSH or SFTP access, daily backups or the option to run them, and HTTPS.
How do you back up the website?
Daily, through the WPvivid plugin, in every plan. With our hosting, the host's backups come on top, so you have two.
How does VAT work?
We invoice net, without VAT. With a UID number (ATU), reverse charge applies: you account for the 20% VAT in Austria yourself and deduct it as input tax if you're entitled to. If you can't deduct input tax (for example doctors, therapists or small businesses), the 20% VAT is a real cost for you, on top of the net price. If you're a small business (Kleinunternehmer) without a UID, please apply for one before the first invoice (form U15). The invoice shows both VAT numbers and a reverse-charge note (on the Slovak invoice: "prenesenie daňovej povinnosti").
How do I pay?

Do you speak German?
Our calls are in English. In writing we answer in English or German. We write or translate the German texts of your website, and you approve them before launch.
Can we meet in person?
Usually on Google Meet. For bigger projects we come to Vienna on request. Bratislava is about an hour away.
Which law applies, and what language is the contract in?
Your contract partner is Web25 s. r. o. in Bratislava. Slovak law applies, and the courts of Bratislava have jurisdiction. The terms exist in English and German; on our English pages, the English version applies if they differ.
Do you sign a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes, on request.
What's in the Care plan?
Everything in Monitor, plus weekly updates, error checks, 1 hour of changes a month, priority email support and 1 new SEO article a month in your website's language.
What is the SEO article in the Care plan like?
Each month we research a topic that fits your website and write an article of about 1,000 words on it, in your website's language. German articles are checked before they are published.
