Our offer is for businesses only. We don't conclude contracts with consumers through these pages.

You get a written quote from us. The contract is made when you accept the quote by email. The quote defines the scope.

All prices are net, in euros. We don't charge VAT on the invoice.

For clients with a VAT ID, reverse charge applies (Übergang der Steuerschuld): you account for the VAT in Austria yourself. The invoice shows both VAT IDs and a reverse-charge note (on the Slovak invoice: “prenesenie daňovej povinnosti”). Small businesses (Kleinunternehmer) without a VAT ID apply for one before the first invoice (form U15).

One-off work is paid by bank transfer on invoice, due in 14 days.

For Website + Care, the website with no commitment and the business website, you pay half at the start and half at launch.

Monthly plans and hosting are paid through Stripe, by card or SEPA Direct Debit. The invoice is sent automatically. There is no surcharge.

If a payment is late, we may pause the work or the service until it is paid.

Monitor, Care and E-shop Care are monthly and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.

Website + Care and the website subscription have a 12-month minimum. The free month of Website + Care counts towards it. If you leave early, you pay €50 for each remaining month.

After month 12 of the subscription, Care continues automatically at €149 a month unless you cancel. It can then be cancelled monthly with 30 days' notice.

The website and files are yours once paid in full. With the subscription, they are yours after the 12th paid month, at no extra cost. The domain is always yours.

If you end the subscription before month 12, you pay the early-exit fee (€50 per remaining month), and the website and files stay with us. To keep them, you pay the same fee and, if your monthly fees paid plus the fee come to less than €1,190, the difference up to €1,190. The website and files are then yours. Example: leaving after month 2: 2 × €229 + 10 × €50 = €958, plus €232, so €1,190 in total.

Third-party themes and plugins are under their own licences.

You supply texts, images and the logins we need. You hold the rights to the content you give us. Launch timelines start once we have everything.

Care: we respond to critical issues within 4 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:00) and to normal requests within one working day.

E-shop Care: we respond to critical issues and start the fix within 4 hours, 7 days a week. The fix is included in the plan.

Monitor has no guaranteed response time.

We are liable without limit for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage, and at most to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.

How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy. We sign a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR on request.

Slovak law applies. The courts of Bratislava have jurisdiction.

These terms exist in English and German. If they differ, the English version applies to contracts made through our English pages (/vienna), and the German version to contracts made through our German pages (/wien).

For running contracts, we tell you about changes to these terms by email at least 30 days in advance.
