By browsing web25.io, submitting a form, booking a discovery call, or engaging us for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the site or our services.

Where a signed proposal, statement of work, or service agreement exists between you and Web25, its specific terms take precedence over this page in the event of a conflict.

Web25 is a web development, maintenance, and digital growth agency operated by two related entities:

• Web25 s.r.o. — our main branch, based in the Slovak Republic (EU).
• Web25 LLC — our U.S. branch, based in Wyoming, which handles operations for U.S.-based clients.

Web25 provides custom website design and development, E-commerce builds, backend and API development, SEO/GEO/AEO optimization, and ongoing website maintenance and support.

The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any engagement are defined in a separate proposal, quote, or service agreement — not on this page. Nothing on web25.io constitutes a binding offer for a specific project until confirmed in writing.

To deliver a project on time and to spec, we rely on you to:

• Provide accurate project information, content, brand assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Have the legal right to use any content, images, trademarks, or third-party material you provide us.
• Review and respond to milestones, drafts, and approval requests within a reasonable time.
• Keep any account credentials, API keys, or access you grant us secure on your end as well.

Delays in providing the above may extend project timelines. We're not responsible for delays caused by late or missing input from you or your other vendors.

Project-based work is billed according to the payment schedule in your proposal or service agreement — typically a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestones or delivery.

Ongoing services (maintenance, SEO, hosting management) are billed on a recurring basis — monthly, or at a prepaid discount for 3-month, 6-month, or annual terms, as selected at signup. Recurring plans renew automatically until cancelled.

Late payments may pause active work or ongoing service until the account is brought current. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Once a project is paid in full, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you (e.g. the website design and custom code written for your project), except for:

• Third-party assets licensed to you but owned by others (fonts, stock imagery, plugins, libraries).
• Web25's own pre-existing tools, frameworks, internal components, and general know-how, which we retain the right to reuse across other client projects.

Until final payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of Web25. We may display completed projects in our portfolio and case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

We treat non-public information you share with us during a project — business plans, credentials, internal data — as confidential, and we won't disclose it to third parties except as needed to deliver the service (see our Privacy Policy) or as required by law.

We build and maintain sites using industry-standard practices, but web25.io and any deliverables are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as explicitly stated in a signed service agreement.

We don't guarantee specific business outcomes — such as search rankings, traffic, conversion rates, or revenue — since these depend on factors outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Web25's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify Web25 against claims arising from content, assets, or instructions you provided us, or your misuse of deliverables, to the extent such claims result from your own actions rather than our work.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice, per the cancellation terms in that agreement. Project-based work may be paused or terminated for non-payment or material breach of these terms.

Fees paid for work already completed are non-refundable, except as otherwise agreed in writing.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the Web25 entity you contracted with — Web25 s.r.o. for engagements governed under Slovak/EU law, or Web25 LLC for engagements governed under Wyoming, U.S. law — as specified in your service agreement. Where no agreement specifies this, the governing jurisdiction will be confirmed with you directly before it becomes relevant to a dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of web25.io or our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
