The rebuild

From a fixed Webflow site to a content engine

The original public site needed more than a visual refresh. Minerva Visuals required a platform able to present diverse creative services, publish portfolio stories, grow a serious resource library and evolve without rebuilding every page in a visual editor.

Web25 replaced that structure with a lightweight custom WordPress theme. The new system keeps WordPress responsible for content, media, metadata and administration while the front end remains deliberately coded, responsive and free of heavyweight page-builder dependencies.

Front End

A studio experience that moves with the work

The visual system uses confident typography, black editorial surfaces, electric-blue actions and motion as a storytelling layer—not decoration.

01

Motion-led hero

A preloaded campaign loop, layered content and restrained parallax introduce the agency with immediate visual energy.

02

Service bento system

Eight capabilities use responsive video cards, progressive disclosure and direct paths into relevant project enquiries.

03

Proof before pitch

Partner marks, selected work, case studies and client voices build confidence before the conversion request.

04

Consistent conversion

Persistent project CTAs, filtered service context and a structured enquiry form reduce the gap between interest and action.

Custom development

A WordPress backend with a purpose-built front end

The implementation totals 9,445 lines of PHP, CSS and JavaScript across 43 theme source files, organized into page templates, reusable sections, components and focused WordPress hooks.

Theme foundation

Custom header, footer, responsive navigation, page shell, accessibility skip link, theme supports and registered menu locations.

Modular presentation

Reusable hero, partners, services, portfolio, article and contact sections keep the homepage and archives consistent.

Structured content

Dedicated Case Study and Service post types support Gutenberg, REST access, custom fields, taxonomies and scalable editing.

Dynamic discovery

Portfolio category filters, resource filters, search, pagination, related work and reusable cards connect visitors to deeper content.

Custom interaction

GSAP timelines power video-card states, hero depth, partner marquee velocity and animated content filtering across the site.

Lead workflow

A custom validated enquiry form carries service context into the conversation and routes structured submissions to automation.

Privacy and compliance

Custom cookie preferences, GDPR-oriented legal templates and consent controls are integrated into the shared site experience.

Performance layer

Conditional styles, deferred scripts, WebP upload conversion, purpose-sized images, preconnects and hero-media preloading reduce overhead.

Site footprint

One system for brand, services, proof and publishing

The live site and its Rank Math sitemaps show a platform built to hold far more than a conventional agency brochure.

18Page URLs

Homepage, services, contact, legal, language and specialist landing pages listed in the live page sitemap.

8+Portfolio URLs

One work archive, six entries in the portfolio sitemap and an additional live booking-system case study discovered during the audit.

62Resource articles

The live resource archive reports 62 published articles across technical, design and marketing topics.

10Reusable partials

Component and section templates keep cards, previews, partner bands and conversion sections maintainable.

Google Search Console

A technical foundation supporting organic discovery

The supplied one-year Search Console view records substantial visibility from late August 2025 through August 2026.

The outcome

A custom platform designed to keep evolving

Brand and code aligned

The visual language, motion system and implementation now behave as one deliberate experience.

Publishing without compromise

WordPress supports ongoing portfolio and resource publishing without imposing a generic front-end template.

Reusable growth structure

Custom content types, archives, taxonomies and components make new work and specialist pages easier to add.

Search-ready foundation

Performance controls, semantic templates and structured content support a growing organic visibility program.
